We are unable to offer refunds or exchanges due to a change of mind or mistakes after placing an order.

Our made-to-order and custom-made gowns are individually made by hand according to the measurements provided and your specific customization request, so please ensure that you review the product description carefully before placing your order. You can contact us at info@blanchebridal.com for more information on any garment available in-store or on our online channels.

Each gown is handcrafted with great care and quality control and will be checked for defects and faults before in-store pick-ups or delivery. Slight variations of fabric colors and embellishments may occur since every product is handmade and fabric batches may differ.

In the unlikely event that there are issues with your made-to-order, made-to-measure, and custom-made gown, please contact info@blanchebridal.com within 7 days of receiving your order.  

Due to the special pricing nature of sample/off-the-rack gowns, often sold at cost price, no refunds or exchanges will be accepted. Please check the condition of the sample gown before leaving the store.
